Toolkit, Training manual, Vulnerability capacity assessment
Participatory Risk Assessment (PRA) is the first step towards designing interventions for reducing the vulnerability and enhancing capacities of target communities.
This manual explains in detail the tool for PRA which consists of three sections: 1) context analysis 2) hazard and vulnerability assessment 3) risk reduction plan. Three sections entail 6 steps in total which are thoroughly described in this paper.
