Women, boys, girls and elderly in disaster prone areas are more vulnerable to the effects of disaster and climate change resulting in very bad impact on the growing season is uncertain, food insecurity, malnutrition. Climate change increases the frequency and intensity of disasters such as droughts, floods and storms that give effect to all human beings on this earth. The Community have no the knowledge and skills to adapt to these drastic changes, as long as they live in general is highly dependent on the natural resources that gives them a source of livelihood. They have lost their livelihoods and affect the food security for the long term and even farmers will harvest failure, destruction of agricultural land and disrupted society and all assets that will contribute to the increased vulnerability of the communities in which they will live in poverty.
