This case study describes how a group of agencies joined forces with local government to draft and implement climate change adaptation strategies in the Nicaraguan municipalities of Somoto, San Lucas, Las Sabanas, San Jose de Cusmapa, and the Autonomous Region of the Northern Caribbean Coast. It includes key results and lessons learned.
