M+E report
The Partners for Resilience programme is a collaboration of five Netherlands-based humanitarian, development and environmental organisations, working together in nine countries through their national and local partners to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities through a combined approach combining Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) and Eco-system Management and Restoration (EMR). The programme has a five year time frame, from 2011 until the end of 2015.
In 2013, halfway into this period, a series of Review meetings have been organised in the respective countries, together with the Country Teams, visiting members of PfR’s Programme Working Group, and other involved staff from the alliance members. This report presents the main findings from the work made in PfR Guatemala, as well as some main conclusions of the observed status and challenges. It is intended to feed discussion that will set-out the priorities for the second half of the programme in the country.
